In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "788won", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 788won platform at 788won.net and its licensed affiliates responsible for providing gaming and sports betting services.
• "Platform" means the 788won website, all web applications, mobile browser interfaces, and any related digital infrastructure accessible via 788won.net.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any registered user who has created and maintains an account on the 788won platform.
• "Account" means the individual PKR-denominated account created by a Player upon successful registration on the 788won platform.
• "Real Money Play" refers to wagering conducted using actual PKR funds held in a Player's 788won account balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free bet tokens, free spins, or promotional value added to a Player's account under a 788won promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of qualifying bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the process by which 788won verifies a Player's identity and age using documentation including CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary suspension of a Player's account access for a defined period initiated through 788won's Responsible Gaming tools.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or region from which access to and use of the 788won platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or platform policy.

By accessing the 788won platform, creating a Player account, depositing funds, claiming any promotional offer, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you are accessing the 788won platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and that the person or entity also meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

Acceptance of these Terms is a prerequisite to accessing any paid features of the 788won platform. Players who do not accept these Terms must immediately discontinue use of the platform and contact 788won customer support to request account closure.

These Terms are available in English. In the event of any conflict between a translated or summarised version of these Terms and the English text, the English text shall prevail in all circumstances.

To register and maintain an account on the 788won platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 788won strictly prohibits access by minors. Players found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and other legal structures are not eligible to register Player accounts on the 788won platform.
• You must not be subject to any Self-Exclusion agreement currently in force on the 788won platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the point of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number for OTP verification purposes.
• You must not be a resident of or currently located in any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of any employee or director of 788won or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.

One Account Rule: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 788won platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals without further notice.

788won reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any Player at any time and to suspend account access, including the processing of withdrawals, pending satisfactory completion of identity verification. Standard KYC documentation accepted includes a Pakistani CNIC, valid passport, and proof of registered payment method ownership.

Your 788won account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person under any circumstances. Sharing account access credentials with any third party — including family members, friends, or associates — is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 788won account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. 788won will treat all actions taken using valid login credentials as having been authorised by the registered account holder.

You must notify 788won customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your login credentials have been compromised. 788won will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account upon receipt of such notification but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to notification.

788won reserves the right to perform periodic security checks on accounts, including requesting re-submission of KYC documentation. Failure to cooperate with such checks within the specified timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account suspension at 788won's sole discretion.

Account balances on 788won are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no interest payable on Player account balances held on the platform.

All deposits to a 788won account must be made using a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits — that is, payments made from a payment method not belonging to the registered Player — are strictly prohibited. 788won reserves the right to return any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods on the 788won platform currently include:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet — PKR, minimum deposit Rs 500)
• EasyPaisa (mobile wallet — PKR, minimum deposit Rs 500)
• HBL Bank Transfer (PKR, processing time 1–2 hours)
• UBL Bank Transfer (PKR, processing time 1–2 hours)
• Meezan Bank Transfer (PKR, processing time 1–4 hours)
• Cryptocurrency (subject to current wallet address confirmation, processing approximately 15 minutes on-chain confirmation)

Withdrawal requests from 788won accounts are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must have completed KYC verification before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests may only be directed to a payment method previously used to deposit into the same account, up to the amount deposited via that method. Surplus winnings may be withdrawn to any registered payment method.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied in full before the associated balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts.
• 788won reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain PKR thresholds. Players may be asked to provide source of funds documentation in such cases.

788won does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals to JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Bank transfer processing times and any associated bank charges are outside 788won's control and responsibility.

788won offers various promotional offers to registered Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to specific Terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer and which form part of this Agreement when accepted by a Player.

The following general bonus terms apply to all 788won promotions unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only. 788won reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, and minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses) will be specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in a Player's 788won account. Real money funds are used before bonus funds by default. Specific promotions may specify a different order of use.
• When wagering requirements have not been met, any withdrawal request will result in the forfeiture of all remaining bonus funds and any winnings generated directly from those bonus funds.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per registered Player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• 788won reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any amendment does not adversely affect a Player who has already validly claimed and begun wagering on that promotion.
• Any indication of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements, or any pattern of play designed to exploit promotional terms — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All bets and wagers placed on the 788won platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to each product, which are accessible within the relevant game or betting market on the platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these General Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game or bet.

Regarding sports betting on the 788won platform:

• Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the governing body of the relevant sport. For PSL cricket, this is the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). For international cricket, this is the International Cricket Council (ICC).
• 788won reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced where the bet was accepted in error or where system malfunction affected the pricing of the market in question.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and are final once confirmed on the Player's account transaction history. 788won cannot be held responsible for internet connectivity issues causing delay between a Player's intended bet placement and the system's confirmation.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per market on sports betting. Current maximum payout limits are available from 788won customer support upon request.

Regarding casino and live casino games on the 788won platform:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software in the case of digital games, or by physical dealing and standard casino procedure in the case of live dealer games.
• Malfunctions — including disconnections during a live casino session — are handled in accordance with the relevant game provider's published rules. 788won will not be liable for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of rounds. Individual session results will vary significantly from the published theoretical RTP.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 788won platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your age, location, or any other eligibility criterion.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account on the 788won platform, whether under the same or different identities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players in any game or betting market to unfairly influence outcomes, exploit game mechanics, or otherwise gain an improper advantage.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, interact with games, or manage an account on 788won without prior written authorisation from 788won.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately taking advantage of technical errors, software glitches, pricing mistakes in betting markets, or any other system malfunction on the 788won platform. Winnings derived from such exploitation are not valid and will be reversed.
• Money Laundering: Using the 788won platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds in a manner designed to conceal the origin of those funds. 788won applies AML monitoring controls and will report suspicious financial activity to appropriate authorities without prior notice to the Player.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to manipulate promotional terms through any means, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine participation in the games or markets for which the bonus was offered.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal with a payment provider for funds that were validly deposited and used on the 788won platform. Chargebacks will be treated as fraud and the matter pursued accordingly.

All content on the 788won platform — including but not limited to the 788won brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics and audio, written content, promotional materials, and software — is the property of 788won or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 788won platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the 788won platform without prior written consent.
• Use the 788won brand name, logo, or any associated marks for any commercial purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the 788won platform.
• Frame, scrape, or otherwise systematically extract data from the 788won platform.

Any unauthorised use of 788won intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action for damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 788won's total liability to any Player in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their 788won account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

788won shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special in nature:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from failure to maintain adequate personal security practices.
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, system upgrades, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, power outages, civil unrest, or internet infrastructure failures.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking partners.
• Any losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 788won's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

788won collects and processes personal data from registered Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the 788won Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during the registration and KYC process — including CNIC details, address information, and payment method data — is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and the provision of customer support. 788won will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to personal data held about you by 788won, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to any legal retention obligations that apply to 788won as a regulated gaming operator. 788won is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible from the Account Settings section of the 788won dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period. Once reached, further wagering is prevented until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session. An alert will be displayed when the limit is reached and the session will be closed automatically.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net wagering result at intervals you specify.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily suspend your 788won account for a defined minimum period of 30 days, up to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion is enforced at the authentication layer — a self-excluded account cannot be logged into for the full duration of the exclusion period. To lift a self-exclusion before the end of the defined period, a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period applies.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from the platform for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks without permanent account closure.

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the Player's 788won account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Voluntary closure by the Player: A Player wishing to close their 788won account may do so by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any remaining real money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's registered payment method. Any uncompleted bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Closure by 788won: 788won reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Discovery of ineligibility — including underage gambling, prohibited jurisdiction, or multiple account creation.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or use of prohibited automated software.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by 788won.
• Any activity that 788won reasonably believes poses a legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to the platform or its Players.

In cases of account closure for cause, 788won reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, balances may be permanently forfeited and the matter reported to relevant authorities.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 788won holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 788won, the following escalation process applies:

1. First Contact: The Player should contact 788won customer support via Live Chat or email, clearly describing the nature of the dispute and providing any supporting evidence. 788won will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
2. Escalation: If the Player is not satisfied with the response received at First Contact, the dispute may be escalated to 788won's dedicated disputes resolution team by formally requesting escalation through the same support channel.
3. Final Review: 788won's final position will be communicated in writing. Where the dispute remains unresolved, the Player may refer the matter to any applicable alternative dispute resolution body recognised under 788won's operating licence.

Players agree that disputes must be raised within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims submitted outside this window may not be considered.

788won reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — 788won will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the registered address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the 788won platform.

Non-material changes — such as clarifications to existing provisions, typographical corrections, or updates required by changes in applicable law — may be made without prior notice and will take effect upon publication on this page.

Continued use of the 788won platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will be updated each time any change is made to these Terms.
